Gesvim Srl is a corporation whose area of interest is the management of property development. Its Head Office is in Via Poli 29 in Rome.

Gesvim Srl was founded in 2012 by a group of professionals who had gathered solid experience in different fields of work.

Our mission is to work effectively across the disciplines of urban planning, architecture and civil engineering, through our associated companies Tecnoarch Srl and Setin Srl.

Over the years, Gesvim Srl has gathered thourough experience in terms of managing contracts with private companies and public authorities, enabling the company to hold a leading position in managing and coordinating big entities and organizations both in Italy and in particular in Rome, which is highly articulated and multiform.

Thanks to the multi-company organization, we can provide proper solutions to every specific request from our customers, giving maximum support in every step, from the development project to the implementation of Estate Development. We provide legal and administrative consulting, as well as engineering-related services such as design, supervision and execution. We can act both as General Contractors too, taking on responsibility for every single step of the project (from conducting an initial analysis to work execution), as well as provide single professional services.

Through the coordination of our own and external structures, Gesvim Srl is the priviliged partner of big corporations, consortiums and entities operating in the field of building and managing big estate properties.

Regarding property market and its implementation, we can support our clients while choosing the best investment possible, by making objective cost-benefit comparisons, starting from the possibilites provided by the building regulations and  an updated analysis of the real estate market.

By coordinating marketing and design activities the company acts in promoting and establishing urban development programs.

In collaboration with the promoter, we handle the definition and design of the most relevant urban planning developments in Rome.

Gesvim Srl is also a contracting company for capital works deductions and has a long experience concerning execution of primary and secondary urbanization works.
