The assignment provides for the final integral design of a nursery school with 3 sections (75 children), built within the S1 sector, relating to the "Length-Nocetta" Urban Planning Program, within the framework of the secondary urbanization works of Ponte di Nona (ROME).

It is designed on an area of ​​approx. 4240, area intended by the urban project for public services. The total volume is equal to 2,543.52 m.

The supporting structure in elevation was built in reinforced concrete frames with pillars and beams with slabs in brick-concrete cast in place, and continuous surface foundation.

The building's plant equipment includes traditional solutions, which take into account the energy saving legislation in force (LR 15/2008). Therefore the building is equipped with an envelope with low transmittance coefficients, and with photovoltaic solar panels.
