The intervention consists in the design of primary urbanization works, within the "Spinaceto" Urban Transformation Program, in Rome. Which:

ROAD AND SEWER WORKS:

Are provided:

- the construction of a new (local) road with a road section of a total width of 17 m, including sidewalks, cycle lanes and driveway, in accordance with the indications of the PGTU, inside the perimeter of the intervention and able to connect the Via Pontina with Via di Valleranello;

- the adaptation of part of Via di Valleranello;

- Black sewers;

- White sewers;

- Services tunnel;

- Bike path - with a section of 1.5 m. for each direction of travel, it connects all residential and non-residential areas with the public services provided, the parking areas and equipped green areas;

PUBLIC GREEN WORKS

Are provided:

- the construction of n. 5 sections for public green areas (V1, V2, V3, V4, V5) for a total area of approximately 22,000 square meters. Providing usable green areas, games for children, sports and environmental.
