The contract relates to the design of primary urbanization works, as part of the construction of the new stadium for 11-a-side football in the Piana di Tor di Valle, in Rome. The intervention is located between the left bank of the Tiber river and the Rome-Ostia railway line.

The planned urbanization works include:

- local road network

- external sliding road network

- road bridge over the Tiber

- multi-storey car parks

- level parking spaces

- white sewer network

- black sewer network

- green areas
