The project has as its object the definitive design of the primary urbanization works, as part of the construction of the new stadium for 11-a-side football, in the Piana di Tor di valle, in Rome. In particular, Gesvim Srl was responsible for designing public parking spaces outside the private parts, the surrounding road network and the complete wastewater disposal system. The project was developed according to the approval procedure provided for by law n. 147/2013, art. 1, c. 304, lett. to. The letter b, c 304, art 1 of the law n. 147/2013 provides that on the basis of the approval of the Public Interest, the proposing subject must present the definitive project to the Municipality to the Region, which through appropriate service conferences, can deliberate the approval of the project, with Act replacing any other permit or authorization. At this stage, Gesvim presented the revision of the project already presented in 2016, which the Conference of Decision Services had in the meantime asked to modify according to the New Resolution of Public Interest promulgated by the Capitoline Administration led by the Virginia Raggi Mayor, to May 2016.
